Front desk staff, dental hygienists, and dentist are all fantastic. From start to finish it’s always a great experience. Not to mention the environment is so welcoming and fun, it helps ease child anxiety about the dentist. As a parent, i love how clean the office is. Very happy to be patients here

Been bringing our girls here for the past 5 or 6 years, and we couldn’t be happier. The entire team is always kind, patient, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. Dr. Lauren truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable. We are so grateful, and highly recommend them!

I specifically completed paperwork instructing this office NOT to administer fluoride to my child. Despite that, fluoride was applied not once, but twice. When I called after receiving the latest bill and questioned the fluoride charge, I was told the office could not locate the paperwork. That leaves two equally concerning possibilities: either they cannot properly maintain patient records, or they knowingly disregarded a parent's explicit instructions and made a medical decision on behalf of my child without consent. What made this even more troubling was the response I received on the phone. Rather than treating the situation as a serious error, the representative seemed almost casual about it and implied this had happened before. As a parent, that's unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was charged for a service I expressly declined. Parents have the right to make informed healthcare decisions for their children, and those decisions should be respected and documented accurately. This experience has left me questioning both the office's record-keeping practices and its respect for parental consent. If paperwork can simply disappear and treatments can be administered against

Dr Lauren and her staff are absolute medical angels. They are so kind, thorough, and wonderful at their jobs. My daughter had to have a procedure with sedation and the anesthesia team Dr. Lauren works with is phenomenal as well. Collectively, everyone in that office exceeded my expectations and help create a calm and comforting experience for both my daughter and I. We are always so grateful for the quality care we receive when we visit this office! 100% five stars for this Krewe :).

The experience for both the kiddos and the parents is amazing! Check-in is so incredibly efficient. The staff is genuinely friendly. The dental team asks about concerns before escorting the kiddos in and provides a detailed brief at the conclusion of the visit, offering another opportunity for questions. Dr. Lauren also makes herself available for questions (and even hugs)! My son wanted to be a pediatric dentist after his first visit and he’s a teen now and still a fan. Five stars across the board!
